As a KAM coordinator (w/m/d), you are the interface between our Concessions partners and our Key Account Management Team.

Active support of our existing partners in all operational topics. Maintenance and development of customer relationships. Ensuring a smooth flow of information between sales partners and internal departments. Preparation of presentations, reports and evaluations as a basis for decision-making. Processing of sales-relevant information such as actions, delivery dates or location analyses and transfer to all relevant interfaces. Participation in meetings and calls including preparatory and follow-up, sending the meeting summary to the stakeholders. Organization and coordination of our expansion strategy. Creating market analyses and identifying potentials. Active support for internal projects and processes – structured, predictive and reliable

Successfully completed studies (in commercial, organisational or international fields) or comparable vocational training. Ideally, first professional experience (e.g. through internships) in an internationally active company. You are Excel and PowerPoint professionals.
