Special responsibility for the further development and operation of the mechanical credit contract creation for all products of Bausparkasse Schwäbisch Hall AG Promoting digitalization and automation using technologies incl. Use of AI and customer centering Analysis of existing IT systems, interfaces and regulators as well as deriving future-oriented solutions Conception, prioritization and implementation of optimization potentials in cross-functional projects Cross-departmental cooperation with interfaces and stakeholders in the framework of credit contract creation

Multiannual experience in credit business with in-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements such as consumer credit policy High affinity in the design and implementation of our credit message including technologies and AI Designed analytical, strategic and conceptual skills combined with IT competence and self-responsibility High level of initiative, reliability, commitment, accuracy, quality awareness and flexibility Teamability, very good communication skills and operational experience in the project environment
