As part of the FRICKE Group, FRICKE Commercial Vehicles is one of the largest commercial and service partners of DAF TRUCKS, FIAT Professional, SCANIA and ISUZU in Germany. Car acceptance: acceptance of vehicles together with our customers Plan workshop capacities: organization of the utilization and allocation of orders Entering orders: Recording detailed orders with all necessary data Give price and appointments: Give commitment to our customers Retrieve approvals: organisation of payment releases and order extensions Technical questions: Contact the manufacturers for technical support

Training & Qualification: Successfully completed technical or commercial technical vocational training, for example as KFZ mechatronics / commercial vehicle mechatronics (m/w/d), KFZ/NFZ mechanic (m/w/d) or automotive mechatronicser (m/w/d), ideally certified with further training to the KFZ/NFZ master (m/w/d), technical specialist (w/d) Professional experience & expertise: Professional experience in the workshop environment, service or aftersales desirable – ideally with practical experience in the commercial vehicle environment IT & language skills: Safe handling of common office programs Personal competence: independent and customer-oriented working and communication strength
