Expert in Quality Management (m/f/d)

With your specialist expertise, you create contributions and reports of the Savings Sale (saving over) for the legal supervision of BImA, the Management Board and the Savings Management. You deal with fundamental questions from parliamentary and political space, such as the top federal and state authorities, parliamentary bodies and press requests. As a central point of editorial quality management, ensure data quality, clean incorrect data and facts, and edit editorial texts (language regulations, uniform text blocks, technical terms, final correction). Your area of responsibility also includes creating analyses and statistics as well as regular basic data for reports and enquiries. You take over the technical administration as well as the content responsibility and quality assurance of the content of the specialist information system (FIS) for the sales division and the multiplier function for the users of the FIS in the sales division. We work mobile and flexible. However, on the service post/workplace there are occasional service trips, within the framework of about one to five days a year, also throughout the federal territory. These missions are generally planned with sufficient chronological advance, so that the reconciliation of family and occupation is guaranteed.

Qualification: You have completed university studies (Diplom (FH)/Bachelor) in the business or real estate sector or a comparable qualification. Competences: You bring comprehensive knowledge and extensive practical experience in property exploitation and management. You already have extensive and far-reaching experiences in dealing with basic questions and questions from the parliamentary area. You maintain professional handling of the common Microsoft Office products, especially Excel. Knowledge and experience with content management systems (CMS) are desirable.
