IT System Engineer (m/w/d) System design and architecture: design and development of IT system architectures that meet business requirements Implementation and configuration: Installation, configuration and commissioning of IT systems, including hardware and software Performance optimization: system performance monitoring and optimization to ensure efficiency and reliability Troubleshooting and Maintenance: Diagnosis and Fixing System Problems and Regular Maintenance Works Security Management: Implementation and Monitoring of Security Measures to Protect IT Infrastructure Documentation and reporting: creation of technical documentation and reports on system configurations and changes Project management and cooperation: cooperation with other IT teams and departments in projects and in implementing system solutions

Completed IT training: successfully completed training in the IT sector (e.g. specialist informaticsin system integration, IT system electronicsin) or a comparable study Funded professional experience: multi-year practical experience in operation, administration and further development of complex IT system landscapes In-depth technical knowledge: comprehensive understanding of IT systems, network technologies and software solutions (in particular, Microsoft technology, including server, Entra, AD, M365, DC, DNS, etc.) Problem solving competence: ability to effectively diagnose and eliminate technical problems Communication capability: Clear and effective communication of technical information to non-experts Analytical skills: competence in the analysis of system requirements and development of suitable solutions Project management skills: experience in the planning and implementation of IT projects Teamability and flexibility: ability to work together in multidisciplinary teams and adaptability to changing technologies and requirements Basic knowledge of English: Secure basic knowledge of English for professional exchange and cooperation with international IT colleagues
