• Management of projects including results presentation at management level in the global service operations area

• Design, introduction and further development of administrative and logistical processes according to Lean principles

• Rollout of processes and tools in international service locations

• Creation of SAP-Lasten-/Pflichtenhefte and execution of the test and user training

• Methodological support in fault and deviation management of the service Value flows

• Studies in the field of electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, business informatics, business management or comparable qualification

• Multiannual experience in project management as well as in the design and optimization of processes using lean management methods

• Versified handling of SAP systems (e.g. S4 Hana) desirable

• Target-oriented management of projects in ownership – from planning to implementation

• Ideally ITIL knowledge

• Secure communication in international project teams as well as across cultural and location boundaries with very good knowledge of German and English (mind. B2)
