Our expectations for you Completed master's degree in electrical engineering/energy technology or comparable qualification with DQR level 7 Knowledge and experience in the electrical field with different voltage levels Professional experience in a production plant, ideally from power plants or in comparable companies in the field of electrical engineering Entrepreneurial thinking and action, as well as the ability to work across areas and organisations Willingness and ability to initiate, drive and accompany change processes - Change Management Participation in an engineering standby service Ready to qualify for use in the firefighter Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
