At the Aurubis Digital Innovation Lab we develop digital product and business model innovations and introduce them to the market. We also support the internal areas in their digitalization projects. For the team of the Digital Innovation Lab, we are looking for you in Hamburg for the next possible appointment for 20 hours a week and first terminated for 1 year as

Werkstudent Digital Innovation Lab (m/w/d)

You work with common innovation methods such as design thinking, personas and prototyping, cooperating with internal stakeholders and external service providers to develop digital services for our business partners or internal sales and purchasing teams. You collect, structure and document requirements for our software projects and thus support their implementation. You’ll start market and trend analyses and explore new technologies and their impact on Aurubis. You support the preparation, implementation and follow-up of workshops. You bring your own ideas and perspectives in all stages of the innovation process. You’ll create meaningful postings to represent our team on the internal communication platforms and provide exciting insights into our daily work. As Office Manager, you are the contact person for the care of our office and our workshop area.

You are in your studies (ideally in the Master's degree) of the Department of Economics, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science / Economic Informatics, Digital Business or Similar. You bring basic business knowledge, analytical skills and first professional experience. Ideally, you have experience with agile innovation methods (Scrum, Design Thinking, MVP). You are passionate about digitalization and are happy to work with the latest technologies and trends. You have experience in creating attractive presentations. Your knowledge of German and English is very good in word and writing. You are highly creative, creative and goal-oriented and you like to work in the team. Your communication strength and self-initiative characterize you.
