Artificial intelligence fundamentally changes the way we work - and you bring the best AI solutions to our organization! As a (Senior) Product Manager AI Products, you are part of our AI team and are responsible for our portfolio of AI solutions - from general workplace tools to specialized AI applications for our departments. You screen the market, evaluate innovative solutions and, together with the departments and IT, enable the productive use of AI products at Würth. You develop and are responsible for the strategy for our portfolio of AI products, define target audiences, priority criteria and relevant dependencies on the IT strategy.

You plan and control the introduction of AI products in the organization - from piloting to change management to broad adoption in the departments. These include trainings, communication packages, champion networks as well as the support and operating model.

You work closely with the specialist areas (e.g. sales, marketing, HR, purchasing, logistics), the Modern Work Team, the IT organization as well as external partners and vendors to accommodate requirements and to roll out solutions according to requirements.

You are shaping the make-or-buy strategy for AI products. You evaluate whether solutions are to be externally licensed, internally developed or combined, and create sound management policy templates.

You control the relationships with AI tool providers, negotiate licenses and ensure that contractual and security-relevant requirements are met.

You define KPIs for the use and added value of AI products, track adoption and manage measures to increase usage and value creation.

Successfully completed studies in the field of economic engineering, business management, business informatics, computer science, data science or a comparable course of study.

Multiannual practical experience in product management, IT project management or in the introduction of SaaS/AI tools in the business environment.

Experience in stakeholder management as well as in cooperation with departments and IT organizations - including communication on management levels and conflict resolution on topics such as prioritization, compliance and architecture.

Experience in controlling cross-functional product teams.

Analytical-strategic skills as well as a very good understanding of business processes.
