IT Governance Manager*

For our department Organisational Development & Governance in Hamburg we are looking for you as soon as possible IT Governance Manager* Global Technology @ Berenberg In an era where digitalization and modern IT infrastructure revolutionize banking, we design a technology-based bank where you work closely with our business units as an IT professional. Our technology teams offer you an environment that presents you with exciting challenges – whether through support and further development of legacy systems or the introduction of modern technologies such as AI, machine learning and highly automated commercial applications. Our IT department with about 300 employees mostly works agilely according to a Scrumban approach and covers areas such as cloud computing, cybersecurity, operations, process and governance, software development and architecture. We are particularly proud to develop almost all our applications in-house, which gives us unique flexibility and innovative strength. Our Tech Stack includes modern technologies such as Java, Kotlin, TypeScript and Python, CI/CD pipelines, containers, Kubernetes as well as Azure Cloud, Azure SQL Database and Oracle database with PL/SQL.

Responsible analysis, development and optimization of processes and guidelines according to best practice for the implementation of business and regulatory requirements Support of management for the appropriate and effective design and implementation of the IT process organisation and the internal control system Ensuring transparency and traceability as well as communication and reporting to IT management Active participation in the development of the function IT-Governance and the further development and automation of our processes Modelling of processes in SAP Signavio as well as management of the IT process map and process compliance

Successfully completed studies with relevant technical orientation First relevant professional experience in the IT environment, ideally in the fields of IT consulting, IT control, IT process management or IT revision High interest in Regulatorics (DORA, MaRisk, BAIT, IDW RS FAIT etc.) and relevant IT standards (ITIL, COBIT) Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Designed analytical skills to capture and structur complex facts
