Group HSE Manager*

You develop our security culture together with the locations and strengthen a binding HSE confession in which managers and plant operators actively take their responsibility. You develop group standards, HSE rules and technical safety requirements and make sure You are understandable and implementable. You support works, work lines and local HSE roles in occupational safety, plant safety, health protection and legal and internal requirements. You accompany managers and local HSE roles at eye level, give orientation and follow the implementation of agreed measures. You check HSE requirements, identify deviations and support locations to derive and implement effective measures. You plan and conduct internal audits, site visits and thematic reviews, and use the findings to further develop the HSE standards. You can support our locations in external audits, government contacts and security-relevant issues. You consolidate HSE key figures, risks and central findings from the locations and make action needs transparent for management and group. You evaluate safety-relevant changes, projects and processes from HSE-Sicht and support their HSE-compliant design.

You have a technical qualification, for example studies, technicians or masters, and are a certified specialist in occupational safety according to ASiG. You bring many years of professional experience in occupational safety, plant safety and health protection, ideally in the chemical or process industry. You have experience in translating legal HSE requirements and group standards into practical solutions for production sites. You know the work in works and understand the perspective of factory management, plant operators, executives and local HSE roles. You bring well-founded experience in internal audits, cravings, event analyses, safety assessments and HSE key figures. You communicate clearly, bindingly and diplomatically and can advise and accompany executives as well as local HSE roles. You work in a structured manner, are sure to change with discrepancies and action tracking and keep track of complex topics. You speak German fluently and have very good English skills for cooperation with the international HSE team. You bring travel readiness within Germany and, if necessary, internationally, especially for audits, visits and workshops, to the extent of about 20 to 30%.
