Your tasks

• Support in the preparation of food (e.g. washing, cutting, portioning).
• Working with the preparation of simple food components according to instructions.
• proper cleaning, labelling and storage of food and dishes.
• Cleaning of work surfaces, appliances, dishes and kitchen utensils.
• compliance with applicable hygiene, safety and quality regulations.
• Waste disposal according to operational requirements.
• With the help of opening and removing buffets and organizing event kitchens.
• Support for special events, short-term productions or external operations.
• Representation of colleagues in the kitchen or in the warehouse if necessary.
• Transport and provision of food, equipment and dishes for events.
• Flexible use at different items according to instructions (e.g. cold kitchen, dessert, rinse-off).
• With the help of controls before the start of the event or after the end of the event.

Your professional qualifications

• Experience in large kitchens, canteens or catering is desirable, but not absolutely necessary.
• Basic knowledge of hygiene, food processing and occupational safety.
• ability to work precisely and reliably according to instructions.
• Understanding rational workflows and order in the kitchen area.
