You manufacture and integrate composite parts and subassemblies and contribute to the production of complex main assemblies in modern production. You can process composite materials from material preparation to post-processing, using methods such as lamination, draping and forming. Prepreg, resin infusion and resin injection processes are used professionally and ensure reliable processing of the materials. The design and testing of vacuum systems as well as the use of curing devices such as autoclaves or ovens are part of your daily task. In addition, perform quality controls, document work results seamlessly and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

You have completed vocational training, for example as an aircraft mechanic, boat builder, process mechanic for coating technology or in a wood or metalworking profession. Multiannual professional experience in manufacturing, production or ideally in aircraft construction will bring you with you. Knowledge in the processing of composite materials, composite materials or adhesive technology are advantageous and support your successful use in the manufacturing environment. A quality-conscious, responsible and independent way of working is just as good as a high degree of concentration. You are ready to work in the 3-shift system including weekend work and have knowledge of German and good English; first SAP knowledge is desirable.
