Then you will be part of our team at the Lindenhof in Rickling.

In our specialist care facility we accompany people with chronic mental illnesses and special care needs. We combine specialist care with psychiatric and hospital care as well as various offers for activation and participation.

In the night service you work with high self-responsibility and are an important contact person for our residents. They provide security, orientation and security and help to ensure that the night is as quiet and reliable as possible for the people in our institution.

Your job:

• Ensuring a quiet and safe atmosphere during the night
• Implementation of basic and treatment care
• Support for nightly assistance needs, for example in toilet walks or storage
• Appropriate medicaments and implementation of medical arrangements
• Professional handling of riots, fears and crisis situations
• Accompanying people in the last stage of life
• Close cooperation with the Main Guard, the Day Service and the attending doctors
• Careful and timely documentation of all relevant measures and observations
