Administration & operation of time recording and access systems (Dormakaba B‐COMM / Exos) as well as wholesale and retail telecommunications facilities including System updates, user and call number management, troubleshooting and user support. Planning, configuration and commissioning of new hardware and systems: from requesting, documentation, IP and system planning to technical support for installation and troubleshooting. Procurement & Order processing of hardware and software incl. Offer scaling, price management, inventory management and complaint management. Coordination & coordination with internal areas (single trade/great trade, network, technical purchasing) as well as external service providers for orders, installations and disruptions. Working in ongoing and future projects, such as Exos introductions, router exchange, introduction of new access and time recording systems, as well as planning permission and zone structures.

Complete technical training (ideally with an electrotechnical focus) or comparable qualification. Experience in the administration of time recording/access systems (ideally Dormakaba B‐COMM / Exos) as well as in telecommunications infrastructures (VoIP, DECT, SBC, Teams Calling). Good knowledge of network technology and safe handling of technical documentation. Embossed service orientation, communication strength and structured working methods in dealing with internal customers and service providers. Willingness to work into complex system landscapes and drive projects autonomously.
