Planner / Project Planner – Energy Infrastructure / Major Projects (m/f/d)

Creation, maintenance and further development of schedules at overall and detailed project level Structure of projects in work packages and project structures together with the project team Monitoring, control and coordination of project progress and ensuring transparency in project management and stakeholders Integration and coordination of schedules of external partners in the overall schedule Analysis of timing deviations and development and follow-up of appropriate countermeasures Creation of reports, forecasts and management documents (e.g. progress reports, decision templates) Support and participation in the areas of appointment, risk, change and resource management Preparation, moderation and follow-up of workshops and voting dates Close cooperation with project management, departments and external service providers

Complete studies in the field of economic engineering, engineering, business informatics, business management or comparable Multiannual experience in scheduling and project management, ideally in large projects Very good knowledge of scheduling tools (Oracle Primavera P6, MS Project) Experience in structuring complex projects and dealing with project-related processes and interfaces Ideally knowledge about energy, infrastructure or large-scale technical projects Project management certification (e.g. IPMA Level D or comparable) of advantage Structured, independent functioning as well as pronounced communication and moderation capabilities Very good German knowledge and good English skills
