BG Traumklinik Frankfurt am Main Medical service Full time, part-time, 01.01.2027 AOP Coordinator / Manager (m/w/d) In our house a stand-alone outpatient surgery structure with two outpatient surgery rooms is built. The aim is to establish a powerful, standardized and economically viable outpatient surgery area with clear processes, high patient safety and efficient timing. For this responsible building task, we are looking for a personality that not only accompanies the outpatient OP operation professionally, but also develops structurally, manages operationally and permanently established. The outpatient operating range differs significantly from the classic stationary operating mode. In the foreground are clear standards, slim processes, short throughput times, high reliability and efficient clocking with unrestricted patient safety. You will be able to shape a new area from the start and shape it permanently. The position combines medical expertise, operational control, construction work and strategic further development.

You take over the medical and organizational coordination of the outpatient surgery area and actively contribute to the construction from the outset. These include in particular: Construction, structuring and control of two outpatient operating rooms Development of efficient processes for an outpatient operation with a high cycle number Introduction of binding standards, checklists and process specifications Ensuring smooth preoperative, intraoperative and postoperative patient control Close coordination with the operational departments, anaesthesia, care, surgical management, wake-up room, patient reception and administration Development of suitable criteria for patient selection, surgical planning, anesthesia capability and releaseability Ensuring quality, patient safety, documentation and economy Training, integration and guidance of the employees involved Continuous further development of outpatient surgery processes after successful commissioning

You are a specialist in anaesthesia (m/w/d) and have extensive experience in outpatient operations. Ideally, you have already set up, guided or substantially further developed an outpatient surgery area.
