The Kindervilla Dassendorf takes up girls and boys aged 3 to 10 years, who need continuous and intensive care in an educational setting. The basis for this is a help plan for which you work in cooperation with the Youth Office, the caregiver and the young person. They accompany the children in everyday life, work closely with the family of origin and promote and support the children in everyday life. Participation in planning perspectives for children is very important to us Responsible compliance with procedures in the establishment and takeover of administrative tasks (document of reports, HPG, care guide) They create a safe environment for children and adolescents with clear rules and routines, are trusting and appealing persons and bring a high level of enforcement They participate in regular meetings and supervisions You work in shiftwork ( day services are always double-occupied)

You have a degree with state recognition as an educator or social worker*in or Social pedagogue They possess the competence and joy in dealing with young people and their diverse challenges Great interest in the varied and sometimes challenging life of children and young people You have a sense of responsibility and respectful handling of the target group Reliability, loadability and stability but also openness, humour and lightness bring you with You have empathy and a professional approach to proximity and distance in dealing with children and youth They are team capable and it draws you a high resilience with love for the profession They are pleased to work in the team and to team development processes You have the willingness to receive regular training driving licence
