You take over the (further) development and implementation of demand-oriented sales concepts, from idea to end processes to multi-channel distribution Participation in projects for the active design of customer-centric processes and solutions as well as accompanying their piloting in practice You are a central technical support for our sales directors and key account managers and work closely with this sales team Own creation and preparation of decision-relevant documents such as reporting, concept papers and management tools for the management level You work closely and proactively with all relevant stakeholders within the SIGNAL IDUNA Group to achieve common goals In self-responsibility or in cooperation with our marketing department you create sales documents and presentations for internal and external use

You have successfully completed your studies in economics or have comparable training in the banking environment You bring well-founded sales experience in the field of external services, ideally in the area of financial services focusing on building financing and building savings, and have profound experience in project work A high level of self-responsibility, creativity and self-initiative are yours. You have the courage to go on new ways of solving them and to implement them.
