As Business Development Manager (m/w/d) RBTX for Asia, you are directly responsible for scaling our RBTX marketplace ecosystem from our headquarters in Cologne. You are not a pure consultant (m/w/d), but a “enabler” that transforms strategies into measurable growth. You connect the power of our German headquarters with the agility of our hubs on site. Your tasks in detail Growth Ownership: You are 100% responsible for the growth targets in Asia and India Bridge Builder: You are the strategic link between the local teams in Asia and the expert resources in Cologne Operational Excellence: You support local hubs in optimizing processes, building sales structures and adapting RBTX vision to the market Scale-up Management: You use startup methods to scale the business quickly, but sustainably On-Site Leadership: You spend significant time on site in the hubs to understand culture, reduce barriers and motivate teams

Scale-up experience: You have already successfully accompanied companies or business areas in a hyper growth phase (start-up background is a must) Intercultural competence: You have a deep affinity for the cultures in Asia. You know how to build trust there and scale business High Travel Mindset: Traveling to Asia is not a burden for you, but the core of your success. You love being where growth is happening Analytical & Implementive: You can read data to identify potentials, but don't hesitate to work with you Languages: English is your working language; Mandarin knowledge is desirable
