Your duties include: Professional acceptance and processing of group reservations in the business & Leisure area Offer and contract creation for all groups Own responsibility for the complete handling of group bookings (e.g. follow up, cancellation dates, preparation of proforma invoices, detailed arrangement, welcome and support of guests on site) Personal care of groups on site

You bring with them: successfully completed vocational training in hotel or comparable qualification Team spirit and flexibility Joy of active sale good knowledge of German and English Reliability and mandatory awareness gast-oriented appearance well maintained appearance and excellent handling
