Then you're right with us! In this position you take responsibility for examining our incoming invoices and are in close contact with our specialist departments. With your knowledge, you contribute significantly to the correct and timely processing of our invoices. Our team Our hygi.de team consists of around 300 experts: in the areas of e-commerce, purchasing, finance, IT, logistics, marketing, people & culture, product and customer management and projects. The hygi.de team works mostly at the location in Telgte. We work closely with colleagues from controlling, purchasing and customer service – always with the aim of finding the best solutions for our customers and the company. Testing of input invoices for factual and computational accuracy Collection and maintenance of invoices Balance of invoices with goods and orders clarification of inconsistencies with specialist departments and suppliers Close cooperation with purchasing, logistics and accounting

You ideally have a completed commercial training, e.g. to the office businessman/woman or first professional experience as a commercial employee (m/w/d) You have a high degree of care and responsibility You think entrepreneurial and have a quick understanding You work quickly into new IT systems and have already gained first experience with ERP systems You are flexible and keep a cool head even with very spontaneous requests You have good knowledge of German and English in word and writing.
