IT System Administrator / IT Specialist (m/f/d)

IT support: Supporting our customers (and our internal team) around the administration and operation of IT systems (software, e.g. Notes/Domino). Customer Projects: Demand Analysis, Conception and Implementation to Operation Support under the guidance of experienced colleagues Monitoring: Continuous monitoring and regular maintenance of customer systems Security measures: Support in testing and curing of customer systems to ensure the safety of business information Documentation: Creation of IT guidelines and maintenance of documentation

Education: Completed training as a specialist system integration or study in computer science (or comparable qualification) Experience: First experience as an administrator in the field of Windows, Linux, servers and clients, VMs and containers (e.g. from the vocational school) Readiness to learn: Curious, learning and willing to take on progressive responsibility Communication: Good communication skills and feel comfortable in direct customer contact Flexibility: Working in a dynamic environment without rigid processes Language knowledge: Very good German knowledge in word and writing
