Your tasks Examination, assessment and negotiation of construction contracts according to VOB/B, BGB and, where appropriate, international contract standards (e.g. FIDIC) Own-responsibility of complex construction and infrastructure projects from a contractual perspective across all phases of the project Development and implementation of project-related contract and follow-up strategies in close coordination with project management, purchasing and legal department Proactive support of contract implementation including risk assessment, claim management and follow-up negotiation Control and optimisation of contractual communication with clients, subcontractors and partners Coaching and technical support of project teams in all contract-relevant topics Participation in internal training and further development of standards and tools in contract management Our contribution Ensuring punctuality in rail transport Contribution to the development of sustainable transport infrastructure Implementation of the Federal Government's billion-poor investment package in the coming years

Completed studies in the field of civil engineering, industrial engineering or in a comparable course Ideally, five years of professional experience in contract management, construction or project development Very good knowledge of building contract law (VOB/B, BGB), post-order management and practical contract implementation Understanding technical, economic and legal relationships Sovereign appearance, negotiation security and clear communication capability – even in complex situations Structured, solution-oriented operation and high self-responsibility Safe handling of MS Office, ideally experience with RIB iTWO or comparable software
