Support in the design and implementation of change activities in transformation projects Working with AI transformation and innovative digitalization topics (e.g. support for AI initiatives and their communication) Using the analysis of change management requirements in different project phases Evaluation and preparation of surveys (e.g. user feedback, awareness level) Creation and maintenance of stakeholder assessments and derivation of measures Development of targeted communication materials (e.g. presentations, intranet, newsletter) Participation in internal corporate communication in the IT environment Support in organizing and conducting events (e.g. workshops, trainings, townhalls)

Studies in a relevant field (e.g. communication sciences, psychology, BWL, change management or comparable) Interest in IT transformation, change management, internal communication and AI topics Ideally, first practical experience in change management, IT transformation or AI-related topics (e.g. through internships or projects) Very good knowledge of German and English Self-employed, structured and team-oriented work Safe handling of MS365 and experience in content creation (e.g. text, video) and stakeholder management
