You take responsibility for the projects transferred to you from planning to completion and keep an overview to ensure an economical, professional and timely execution of your orders. The personnel planning and the coordination of equipment and material deployments on your construction sites is to carry out voting appointments with all project participants to ensure a smooth process. You take over the economic and technical management and organization of the construction projects, coordinate your team and control suppliers and subcontractors in all phases of construction In addition, you actively drive optimizations and make sure that necessary processes and specifications, in particular in the areas HSEQ and occupational safety, are complied with during the construction execution

Completed vocational training in the field of electrical engineering (e.g. electricians / electronics engineers m/w/d) with master or technician degree or studies (e.g. engineering electrical engineering / energy supply) First professional experience as building manager m/w/d, desirable in a coordinating function or to grow self-confidence into this role Good MS Office Knowledge and Driving Class B Self-responsible and committed working style, negotiation skills and joy in work in the team and the joint achievement of your project goals
