Projektmanager (m/w/d)

| for our stores in Aachen, Bottrop, Dortmund, Duisburg, Düsseldorf, Halle, Kleve and Leipzig | Full time (40 hours / week)

Your tasks

• Competent advice and support for our customers – you are the first contact point for wishes and concerns
• Implementation of sales-promoting measures – your ideas bring fresh wind to sale
• Appealing presentation of the product range – you make sure that our products are perfectly set in scene
• Processing services and complaints – you will find quick and customer-friendly solutions

Your qualifications

• Complete training in sales, ideally as a hairdresser/-in – your basis for first-class advice
• Passion for advice and sales – your enthusiasm is up!
• Sales thinking and customer orientation – you recognize customer requests at first glance
• Communication strength, flexibility and commitment – you remain confident in challenges
