As part of our legal department, you play a central role in the antitrust monitoring of our business activities - close to the markets, close to the decision-makers and with real scope for design: antitrust issues accompany you independently from the first assessment to the final assessment - even in short-term requests In the case of M&A projects and merger control audits, you are actively involved: from smaller applications and initial legal assessments to the monitoring of complex projects in close coordination with external consultants You develop our business model with their markets and value chains and thus develop a deep understanding of the industry that sustainably strengthens your legal work Legal assessments and recommendations for action prepare them to be addressed and communicate them in a comprehensible manner at different levels of leadership Through active networking within the group of companies, you build resilient relationships with the operatives, develop an overview necessary for this task and become a reliable contact person for antitrust issues

Closed first and second state exams First professional experience of 1–2 years in antitrust law, ideally in a specialized firm or legal department Basic understanding of fusion control procedures and the willingness to develop this knowledge in a targeted manner Impressed economic thinking and the ability to penetrate complex value chains and market structures Communication-strong, facing personality with real pleasure in networking and dealing with different interlocutors Hands-on-Mentality: You pack up, think solution-oriented and bring things forward actively Flowing German and English skills
