This brings you with completed studies in computer science, media/economic information technology or comparable qualification Experience in leadership and further development of teams with a focus on responsibility and cooperation Deep know-how in digital technologies and platforms such as websites, apps, APIs, CMS and databases Experience with CRM (e.g. Salesforce) & Marketing & Automation Platforms as well as sound knowledge in Typo3, Confluence and JIRA Ability to develop innovative digital solutions with internal and external partners Understanding digital ecosystems and data-driven architectures and the ability to understand technical content Analytical Understanding for KPIs and Performance Measurement and Budget Responsibility along the Customer & Candidate Journey Safe appearance and communication in German and English - in writing as oral JOBV1_EN
