Design Freiburg's Green actively with and overwhelm responsibility for the nursing district East! You don't just want to care, but design, coordinate and take responsibility? Then bring your expertise to us and develop the quality of our urban green areas together with your team. In the garden and civil engineering office, you will find a diverse range of tasks between demanding special cultures, team coordination and active co-ordination of public space.

Special crops develop and maintain quality: planning, planting, care and further development of dams and ornamental wood surfaces. Professional cutback, reproduction and sustainable stock development. Ensuring and continuous improvement of design and horticultural quality.

Caring district East: Deputy Head of the nursing district East. Organisation of workflows and structured deployment planning. Technical guidance of several teams. Responsive and economical use of personnel, machines and equipment.

Seasonal additional tasks in the team: support for winter services and exceptional deployments as part of the readiness to call. In the case of floods, you support the blockage of the trillion paths.

You have a completed training as a gardener*in; ideally focusing on dams or special cultures. You have as much practical experience as possible and a well-founded knowledge in dam and ornamental care. Experience in rose care or guidance in the gardening area is advantageous. You have the license of class B (further classes of advantage). You are ready to lead teams professionally and take responsibility. You are characterized by a structured, independent and responsible way of working. Communication strength and sovereign appearance in public space complete your profile.

An indefinite job in full time (39 hrs. week) with payment by pay group 7 TVöD.
