Operation, further development and optimization of our Linux servers (focus on Debian) Administration and development of virtualization environments with VMware ESXi and Proxmox (cluster operation) Planning, operation and maintenance of modern storage solutions such as Ceph, ZFS and vSAN Automation and provision of systems with tools such as Foreman, Puppet, Ansible (or comparable) Support for classic and modern server services (including LAMP stacks, MTAs, Monitoring, Container Technology) Technical support for business customers as part of managed Linux servers (2nd / 3rd level) Analysis and sustainable improvement of complex system and performance problems

Experience as Linux Administrator / System Engineer (m/w/d) Very good knowledge of Linux systems Founded practice in virtualization and cluster architectures Deep understanding of modern storage concepts Know-how in configuration management and automation Structured, solution-oriented work and fun in complex technical challenges Customer-oriented thinking and communication strength
