Regular coaching with employees and executives to implement corporate goals Planning, design and implementation of individual workshops and training – in presence and digital Support for managers in defining and implementing sales strategies Head of onboarding in indoor and outdoor services Development and development of tools for coaching and training Mentoring and support for customer concepts Analysis of activities, deriving best practices and showing potential for improvement Feedback and support for challenges in customer contact

(m/w/d), at least five years of professional experience in orthopaedics, surgery, dermatology, phlebology, surgery or ambulance Experience in the distribution of medical devices in the outpatient environment and/or clinic market Sovereign handling of MS Office (PowerPoint, Teams etc.) Strong presentation and moderation capabilities readiness to travel Remarkable: sound knowledge of coaching methods and relevant pedagogical experience
