The products are used not only in the applications of the Liebherr group, but also in machines and installations of external customers. These are your tasks

• Analysis of non-destructive component testing tasks, selection and determination of the suitable NDT-ZfP test method (VT, UT, PAUT, ECAT, MT, PT, ET, RT test)
• Development and documentation of NDT test concepts
• Creation of test instructions based on test concepts
• Support for quality assurance in the implementation of test instructions
• Advice from other departments on NDT component testing

This will bring you

• Completed training as an industrial mechanic or mechatronic with further training as a state-tested technician (m/w/d)
• Advanced ZfP/NDT component tester Level 3
• Multiannual professional experience in non-destructive component testing
• Good knowledge of non-destructive component testing level 3 according to EN ISO 9712
• Certificates in UT3, PAUT2, MT3, PT3, VT3, ET3, ECAT and RT2
• Good knowledge of MS Office applications, especially in Excel and databases
• Good knowledge of German and English
• Very good analytical skills, structured and independent functioning as well as pronounced communication skills, commitment and enforcement
