For our team we are looking for a designer (m/w/d), with which we jointly develop innovative solutions for special machines and microassembly systems. The main tasks relate to: Design and design of customer-specific systems, components, assemblies or complete systems for microassembly Development and optimization of existing systems and participation in the development of innovative solutions for complex assembly processes Design of mechanical systems Creation of 2D-/3D data, lists and documentation Maintenance of machines during assembly, commissioning until final acceptance Participation in project meetings with international customers

Senior Consultant (m/w/d), or a completed degree (Bachelor / Master) in the field of mechanical engineering Multiannual experience in the design of special machines, ideally in the field of microassembly or comparable position in a producing medium-sized company Safe handling of common CAD software and PDM (ideally SolidWorks and Onshape) Ideally, you have experience in the following areas: pneumatics, electrical engineering, drive technology and automation Basics of FEM (Finite Element Method) and Thermal Simulations FMEA Knowledge of standards such as EN ISO 12100 (safety of machinery – risk assessment and risk mitigation)

Teamability, structured operation and high solution orientation Your self-employed, committed and targeted working methods complete with a careful and conscientious working style German and English knowledge in word and writing (at least B2 level)
