Your tasks

• Telephone agreement of customer appointments in the B2B area for our sales staff - No sale!
• Customer interest awaken -> for advice and sales is the key account manager responsible
• Pre-qualification of potential customers
• Organisation of agreed dates in the calendar of the respective sales representative

Your profile

• Energy industry experience is not required
• Very good knowledge of German in word and writing
• Experience with work on PC
• Joy in contact with people and telephony
• Ideally experience in telephony
