Senior Consultant (m/w/d)

The veterinary practice Wilhelmshaven under the direction of Dr. med. vet. Ralf Michling has been providing comprehensive veterinary care for small animals, pet animals and reptiles since 2005. Since its expansion in 2013, the practice for modern diagnostics and therapy has been at a high level.

The practice is technically excellent - with digital X-rays, dental x-rays, ultrasound, video-assisted endoscopy and a separate laboratory, allowing many diagnosis to be placed directly on site. The range of services includes internal medicine, surgery, dentistry, cardiology, orthopaedics, oncology, neurology, dermatology and behavioral medicine.

Thanks to its versatility, experience and modern equipment, the practice is a trusted contact point for animal owners who want individual and expert care for their animals.

Your tasks are

• Self-responsible care of the pet-prechhour - from initial examination to aftercare

• Professional consultancy of animal owners (m/w/d) and carrying out further diagnostics (e.g. imaging methods, laboratory tests)

• Surgical procedures - depending on your level of experience, you will be worked step by step and supported in all surgery

• Professional team work - you are a real team player (m/w/d), who remains friendly, organized and focused even in more stressful moments

• With heart in the matter - you bring empathy for animal and human beings and have great interest in continuous training in the field of pet medicine

Requirements

• You have completed your studies in veterinary medicine

• You have first professional experience and go curiously and openly to the digital possibilities and developments in everyday practice.

• You are also welcome to this team

• You have a class B licence

• Your curiosity and passion are driving you to continuously train yourself in the small animal sector
