Commercial Employee Building Cleaning (m/f/d)

Commercial control: You coordinate and commission external service providers and keep costs and procedures in mind Cleaning management: You process special cleaning requests, coordinate maintenance and glass cleaning and ensure a timely implementation Cleaning team: You take over the holiday management of our small team of our own cleaning staff and ensure a smooth representation by our service providers Communication: You are in close contact with our object supervisors (m/w/d), our service management and the branches of KSK Köln and ensure transparent coordination Calls for tenders & complaints: You carry out cleaning alerts independently and process complaints targeted to the sustainable solution Quality & documentation: Ensure cleaning quality in our objects, create meaningful reporting and maintain relevant data for continuous optimization

Education: You have a commercial training, ideally related to the real estate industry / building cleaning, or a comparable qualification Professional experience: experience in building cleaning, object management and control of multiple objects are advantageous, but not absolutely necessary – business understanding and coordination skills are crucial. Organizational institution: You are characterized by a structured operation and coordination strength Service and customer orientation: You have joy in dealing with people and work in a solution-oriented manner Team skills: You like to work in the team and promote open, constructive cooperation Office knowledge: You work safely with the common MS Office applications Mobility: You own the license class B and visit our objects as needed
