General administrative activities including correspondence support activities for group management Collection and maintenance of master data in the IT systems (delivery data, etc.) Creditor accounting Support for the costing and purchasing department Pick up offers and create price levels Preparation of contracts with subcontractors

a completed commercial training and first professional experience in a comparable position, of advantage very good MS Office identifiers (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook) friendly, professional and binding occurrence high flexibility, organizational design, accuracy and reliability independent mode of operation, high readiness to use, creativity and a pronounced communication capability
