You have fun to moderate workshops and accompany project appointments. Sparkassenwelt? You know. You speak the language of market, market success, organization or KSC – you can easily prepare requirements and translate them into solutions. Whether PPS processes, credit lines, Baufi_neo, private financial concept or media applications – you are helping to make processes smarter and bring them to the digital world. You like to introduce new features – e.g. via release changes, new self-service streams, permissions in the IAM or adjustments in the sales environment or the sales control. Documentation lies to you: You form short, clear instructions, checklists or manuals that really help colleagues. Testing is for you – or you want to learn. We will show you how to check new features and achieve good results. Training? Sure. You explain to others how new applications or processes work and take them to their hands. And if users have any questions, you help, patient and solution-oriented.

You come from the Sparkassen financial group: training with a savings bank or a partner – alternatively a study with financial reference. You bring at least three years of professional experience in the Sparkassenumfeld. Experiences in process analysis, project work, testing or training & training are helpful, but no need. You want to contribute to the digital development of the Sparkassenwelt – from account opening to Baufi_neo, from service processes to IAM. Teamwork is fun, you like to communicate and are happy to travel within Germany. You have Bock on Bank – and the next step towards IT, digitalization & project work.
