Head of Employment Law (m/f/d)

Strategic and operational management: Strategic and operational management of the Department of Labour Law with professional and organizational management of the assigned team of Zeitwirtschaft. Leadership and development of the team: Management, motivation, coaching and professional and personal development of employees to ensure a high and uniform quality of advice and service. Labour law issues: Analysis of complex labour law issues and the development of legal, practical solutions based on current case law and legal frameworks. Internal cooperation and coordination: Coordination with other departments for the uniform implementation of labour standards and processes. External cooperation and representation of interests: Maintaining relations with authorities, bodies and stakeholders to represent business interests. Process optimization and digitization: Modernisation and efficiency of labour law processes through standardization and digital solutions

Successfully completed academic studies (jur. Staatsexamen, LL. M.) of law Multiannual working experience in the field of labour law Knowledge of labour law and related fields Experience in consulting and controlling labour law processes in enterprises First management experience and management of complex labour law projects Experience in a transforming environment and understanding of the labour law implications of structural changes Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
