Working Student Office Management (m/f/d)

The first face at the Interhyp Group is the reception of our customers and external service providers. You take care of organisational and administrative tasks, including support for seminar and group bookings for external events, as well as preparation and follow-up of our meeting rooms including catering orders. You are responsible for a smooth office run of our employees (ordering of the office material, post and goods acceptance, coordination with masters and craftsmen as well as support for business-related relocations). You support your colleagues in the daily routine tasks.

You are a full-time student and ideally have first experience in office management. You can ideally start with us in October 2026 and want to work with us for at least six months as a working student (m/w/d). You have good knowledge of the current MS Office applications. You are characterized by an independent and solution-oriented way of working, communication strength, organizational talent, fun in dealing with people and a high service and service orientation.
