Support our customers through remote and telephone support in technical issues Software inspection, error search, modification and upgrades (e.g. HMI systems, PC operating systems, databases). Inspection, repair and upgrade of hardware technology (e.g. PC, Simatic SPS and communication technology) Integrating our KORSCH machines into customer-side networks Training of customer employees Remote and also on site

You put a customer-friendly and optimistic way of working and are not to be rested. You have a good understanding and are able to explain complex information in a comprehensible manner. You love your independence and are still a team player when it comes to it. Your profile: Technical vocational training, e.g. as a PLC programmer, mechatronics, technician/master, e.g., of FR electrical engineering or mechatronics, or a comparable university degree Funded knowledge of Simatic Step 7, WinCC, TIA, industrial bus systems such as Profinet and Profibus Application-proof network and Windows system knowledge German and good English knowledge in word and writing, other foreign languages of advantage driving licence class B Location in Berlin / Brandenburg Readiness to travel (mainly EU) for possible support of our service technicians to the customer (about 20%)
