On the occasion of the merger of LBBW and Berlin Hyp, we are looking for a dedicated leadership who, with their commitment, is driving the success of the new unit.

Professional and disciplinary leadership of the team in the respective area of responsibility, as well as selection, assessment, development and coaching of the employees Structure and arrangement of consortial financing as a consortium leader in underwriting or club (Give/Take) with banks and institutional investors as well as the submission of syndication assessments Care and development of relations with (inter)national syndication partners Responsibility for sales and technical support for the new customer acquisition Impulse generators for the development and optimization of products Project management in the further development of IT applications Performance of fungiability scorings as part of the restarting of business, prolongations as well as on-the-spot during the business term

Completed studies as a bank/sparkassenbetriebswirt:in or economics At least 10 years of experience in the independent processing of complex credit transactions with international real estate customers Knowledge of business, banking and credit related topics Entrepreneurial thinking, strong risk awareness and decision-making Leadership and negotiation security, including in complex situations. Outstanding experience in international financing and knowledge of German and English Sense of humor
