Your duties

• Monitoring of building equipment
• Control the functionality of outdoor and indoor lighting, entrance doors, elevator installations, underground garages, parking lots, etc.
• Recording of tenants and forwarding to the object manager
• Control of hallways and stairways as well as outdoor facilities on cleanliness and condition
• Accompanying subcontractors and tours with the client or Object properties
• Documenting work in the CAFM system
• Repairs and repairs in the sanitary sector
• Elevator for passenger and cargo elevators
