We are looking for a service employee / Service Representative (m/w/d), who manages complex systems with the customer and ensures smooth operation. In this role you are directly on site, take responsibility for maintenance, fault analysis and customer support and contribute significantly to the satisfaction of users. Your duties Maintenance, repair and maintenance of simulators, equipment and installations in Germany and abroad Analysis and troubleshooting of electrical and mechanical systems directly at the customer Performance of services to IT systems, networks, electrical systems, climate control and device-specific components Independent planning and execution of service operations as well as documentation of services and fault logs Implementation of safety tests (e.g. according to DGUV) and support during commissioning Training and assignment of customers as well as consulting on operation, maintenance and further development of systems

Complete further education on the technician in the field of electrical engineering or a comparable qualification Experience in technical service or field service, ideal in an industrial environment Knowledge in handling technical system documentation, electrical test equipment and basic IT/network understanding Very good English skills in word and writing Self-employed, structured working methods, pronounced service orientation and intercultural competence driving licence class B Global readiness
