Your activity is assigned to the chapter/squad debit card. Here you work with 9 colleagues across the site and with various interfaces.

Tasks with perspectives As a Product Owner, you have the responsibility for the products/solutions in the field of debit card management. You maximize the value of the team (squad) and tune the backlog to the needs of customers and stakeholders. You accompany the complete product lifecycle from the requirement, the project setup and the management of development to the piloting and support in the market launch. You evaluate, prioritize and design product requirements as well as ideas and take over the acceptance of requirements within an agile implementation model. You develop solutions together with the team and the architects, tune them with our customers and represent and present the answered solutions. You work independently on your technical topics and represent the business field in strategic projects, workshops and bodies.

Personality with profile You have a completed study of the subject (economic) informatics or (bank) business management teaching as well as many years of relevant professional experience or a comparable qualification as well as experience in managing cross-disciplinary (partial) projects. You bring practical experience in the project business as well as a strong affinity for IT technologies, digitalization, usability and design. You have a deep understanding of customer needs and behavior in the increasingly digitized world and its requirements. You have knowledge of German (at least C1 level) and good English (B2 level).
