Business Excellence Manager (m/w/d)

As a primary digitization partner of the Bundeswehr, we provide stable, safe and efficient IT services in Germany and abroad, from basic operations to the field close to the application and thus contribute to the continuous increase in the leadership and operational capacity of the Bundeswehr. With over 7,000 colleagues, we operate and modernise one of the largest and most complex IT infrastructures in Germany. Together with us, you are worried about the future digital capability of the Bundeswehr. Business Excellence Manager (m/w/d) from now on and in full time in Bonn or Munich. The BWI Centers of Excellence (CoE) bundles skills and competencies in the areas of project management, consulting and software engineering and focus on the personal, technical and methodological development of the teams. The CoE Business Management department supports the Centers of Excellence Management and all CoE in all matters, takes over special tasks, is responsible for a uniform reporting, and ensures compliance and implementation of legal and BWI internal requirements.

Creation and analysis of reporting to support business decisions development and evaluation of new / existing performance indicators; Use and management of the internal BI tool for effective data analysis and visualization Design and conduct business reviews to present key figures and strategic initiatives. Application of agile methods such as OKR (Objectives & Key Results) for deriving, controlling and realizing range goals Management and moderation of interdisciplinary working groups Systematic communication with management, development of decision-making templates and presentations in management meetings Support in strategic personnel planning and resource management independent and responsible processing and coordination of complex divisional and divisional special orders, e.g. analysis of training needs and preparation / adaptation of training concepts to current and future requirements

Successfully completed university studies, ideally in the field of economics or comparable At least 4 years of relevant professional experience in a comparable function / task complex Very good knowledge of agile methods, especially Objectives & Key Results (OKR) Practical experience in project management and coordination of interdisciplinary teams Routine in the moderation and management of workshops Excellent communication skills in word and writing Team player with a proactive, structured and solution-oriented approach.
