TRAINEE (m/w/d) PRODUCTION & TECHNIK Full-time | Subhaching, numerous stakes at our (inter)national sites | From now on

As part of our 2-year trainee program, you will go through all the necessary areas at the headquarters and especially in our national and international locations. The respective training periods are worked out according to the requirements and extend over a period of one to three months. You will learn about the following training areas: production, technology, lean management (TPM), energy and environmental management as well as the interfaces to the quality and development department. You are part of optimization, automation and digitization projects and get to know and support our process control system and the connected planning methods (CAD, BIM).

Completed training in a techn. Profession in combination with a further education to the master / technician (m/w/d) or completed study of process, supply or electrical engineering, as an alternative food technology or comparable discipline. Analytical and networked thinking. High quality awareness and understanding of technical and business relationships. Negotiating English (further languages of advantage). Engagement, ''Hands On'' mentality and team skills. Routinized handling of MS Office and CAD applications. Flexible and mobile with strong readiness to travel to national and international locations.
