Planning, coordination and monitoring of heavy and special transport Coordination with customers, drivers, authorities and external service providers Organisation of transport operations taking into account dates, permits and cost-effectiveness Creation and processing of relevant documents and documents Communication with national and international business partners Monitoring delivery dates and support for short-term changes in daily business Contact for customers and partner companies in the field of transport processing Support for administrative and organisational tasks within the MRP

Complete training in the field of forwarding, logistics or comparable commercial qualification Experience in disposition or transport processing of advantage - ideally in the field of heavy transport or special logistics Good knowledge of German and English in word and writing, further language skills of advantage Safe handling of MS Office and ideally experience with forwarding software Organisational skills and a structured and solution-oriented way of working Communication strength and professional appearance Teamability, reliability and flexibility in daily business
