Your tasks:

• Programming of CNC grinding machines after workpiece drawings for highest precision
• Roughs of CNC grinding centers and selection of matching tools
• adjustment of the machine parameters and the measuring instruments Quality assurance
• Quality control of the manufactured components according to predetermined Standards
• Preparation, installation and fitting of machinery and equipment
• Monitoring and optimization of production processes for increasing efficiency and quality
• further development of processes through the use of innovative Tools and automation solutions

Your profile:

• Completed training as a machining mechanic, or Tool mechanics
• Knowledge of metalworking and experience in CNC technology
• Secure reading of technical drawings and understanding for workpiece geometries
• knowledge in materials technology and in handling precise Means of measurement
• Experience in the toothing area is advantageous
• Flexibility and high motivation to tackle new challenges
• Team-oriented operation and high precision in execution
